Returns Policy

The buyer must contact Scentapiece either by phone or email within 7 days of purchase to notify if there are any problems with the purchase.

For all garments Scentapiece will be happy to exchange the product  for another size, style or colour. Return shipping and prepaid parcel satchel is to be paid by the buyer.

For any damaged goods Scentapiece will replace the item like for like.

Any requests beyond the 7 days from initial purchased will be denied.
